HDPE Plastic Netting VS. Wire Mesh
Essentially, both products can be used in the same way as barriers or screens. While wire mesh is either twisted or welded together, plastic netting is extruded from its raw material, HDPE, and processed to form various mesh sizes, creating either Hexagonal or Square shaped mesh. Compared to wire mesh, Plastic Netting does not corrode or rust when exposed to the elements. Also, the plastic netting is lighter and more flexible than wire mesh. It is typically used in agricultural, aquacultural & gardening applications.
